What are your hours of operation?

We operate on a 24 hour-a-day basis. Reservations are made on a first-come, first served basis.

How do I make reservations?

In order to better accommodate our passengers and reduce conflicts between rides, we book all reservations by phone or email. You can call us to make a reservation at (785) 218-2560 or email us at lanetransportationks@gmail.com. Due to the nature of our business, we may not be able to answer the phone or reply to emails immediately, but most calls and emails will be returned within 3 to 4 hours. Messages left after 5 pm may not be returned until after 8 am the next morning.

Do you take last minute reservations?

We will take same-day/last minute reservations based on availability. We strongly recommend you make reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take all major credit cards as well as cash. We can swipe cards at the time of pickup, or at a customer’s request, we can keep your card on file to make payment easier. If we have your card on file, we will process the payment the morning of your scheduled ride.

What do you charge for a ride?

Please see our list of services for a current price list. We are also available for transportation to and from doctor’s appointments or events in Kansas City or Topeka. Call or email for a price quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, call us at (785) 218-2560 , or email us at lanetransportationks@gmail.com. Cancellations made less than 4 hours from time of pickup are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations at the door or no-shows are subject to a full charge.

How many passengers can you accommodate?

At this time we use a Lincoln Town Car for transportation. We can fit one passenger in the front and two in the back (three if you don’t mind a bit of a squeeze.) We can accommodate up to 3 large suitcases and 2 to 3 carry on bags.
